A power outage in Philadelphia did not prevent the National Park Service's Dick Williams from presenting a certificate and marker to American Philosophical Society Librarian Martin Levitt and Co-Executive Officers Mary Maples Dunn and Richard S. Dunn, adding the institution to the list of certified sites on the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. (Later on Tuesday Dick presented a certificate nd marker to the Academy of Natural Sciences.)
