During lunch Gerard Baker spoke with Ernie Schulyer of the Academy of Natural Sciences. Dr. Schulyer is the curator of the Lewis and Clark Herbarium holdings at the Academy and a Director of the Philadelphia Chapter. |

Gerard Baker spoke to the Chapter meeting members and guests from the Native American perspective about the coming commemoration of the original Voyage of Discovery. He is leading a new project, Voyage of Discovery II. He encouraged the Chapter to help bring the event to Philadelphia.
